Personal driver

We are looking for an experienced personal/ family driver for clients located in Monaco and South of France. The personal driver will accompany the clients on every travel so he will have specific tasks and responsibilities that he must fully manage.

Responsibilities

Security

  • Providing a professional and courteous transportation service
  • Ensuring safe driving
  • Complying with traffic regulations
  • Ensuring the safety of all: passengers, other motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists

Services

  • Greeting clients professionally and warmly
  • Assisting clients with loading and unloading of their belongings as needed
  • Unless otherwise instructed, choosing the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates
  • If requested, complete collections and deliveries on behalf of the client
  • Keeping the vehicle in a good condition and excellent working order
  • Forecasting and responding to customer concerns and questions
  • Keeping track of the insurances of the cars and all administrative regulatory documents

Communication

  • Liaison with the company or client to determine when and where the individual will be collected
  • Being able to respond and communicate perfectly with clients to meet their needs

General organization

  • Chauffeurs must keep track of their employer's schedule and travel plans, which necessitates strong organizational skills
  • They must also keep track of their employer's belongings and make certain that they have everything they need for the day
  • Chauffeurs are frequently required to keep track of their employer's vehicle and ensure that it is clean and ready for use

Required skills

Driving skills

  • Drivers must have a driving license for a minimum of 10 years
  • Drivers must be able to drive in a variety of conditions, such as heavy traffic, highways, and inclement weather
  • Drivers should also be able to parallel park and maneuver in congested areas

Communication skills

  • Drivers must be fluent in English (Russian and French are optional)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via written correspondence

Mechanical skills

  • Drivers should be able to perform basic mechanical maintenance on the vehicles: checking tire pressure, changing a flat tire, and checking the oil etc
